GHU Day Care Centre is open on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays between 10 a.m. to1 p.m. Our ladies and men enjoy reciting Bhajans and Kirtans, helping and supporting one another, obtaining advice, carry out worthwhile activities to improve their health and well-being. On Wednesdays and Fridays simple but very delicious lunch is also provided. We ask service providers to come and help us.
The Council’s well-being team has carried out chair-based exercises. We shall continue to ask others to help improve our Day Care Centre. The key is we need you to come regularly
